Criw Celf North Wales is looking for young people who are gifted in the arts to join an exciting specialised training programme. Criw Celf offers opportunities to develop artistic talent by working with professional artists in a variety of different galleries and inspirational locations. In the same way that an orchestra or choir provides an opportunity for young musicians to gather together to perform, Criw Celf offers an opportunity for young artists of the future to spend time with each other and with professional artists in order to develop their talent.
The programme introduces young people to a rich and varied programme of art activities (e.g. painting, sculpture, ceramics, glasswork, 3D work, printing, jewellery making) and opens their eyes to the vast career possibilities that the arts can provide. By joining, there will be an opportunity for occasional outings to galleries and special events, as well as opportunities to exhibit work in professional galleries. Listen to some of the members of Criw Celf sharing their positive experiences of attending Criw Celf Sessions in our short video here – https://youtu.be/hbu73Tgi37U
