Meeting Our New Members in Gwynedd

It was wonderful to meet our new members at Saorimor…

It was fantastic to meet our new Criw Celf Gwynedd members on Saturday the 15th of October in Bangor. The new members visited a Saori weaving centre called Saorimor in Bangor at the beginning of their masterclass programme. Whilst there the young people worked together with Rosie Green the weaver to create wonderful colourful work using a variety of threads. At the end of the session new members were presented with a special art pack to help them continue with their art practice at home in-between sessions. We are very much looking forward to the second session in Oriel Plas Glyn y Weddw with Jenny Fell where an introduction to lino printing will be held.
